I was asked to be a part of a panel in the Voices: Sharing our stories workshop at the Young Survivors' conference that I'll be attending at the end of Feb. I'm actually pretty flattered that they would ask me. The organizer got my name from the scholarship committee. There will be women of various backgrounds on the panel of 6. Some will have been diagnosed ages ago while I'm one of the newly diagnosed.
Sam and I celebrated the Chinese New Year yesterday by going to the Fortune Star buffet. We had stone crabs, some other kinds of crabs, and clams. I was really full by the end! I figure I should eat while I can before the chemo on Wed. I still don't know if it's my last one. I'm calling now.
